Your Peak Performance trains competitive figure skaters of all ages and levels in singles, pairs and ice dance. We offer the knowledge and experience working with beginner to Olympic level skaters for over 10 years. Our technical on-ice and sport-specific off-ice programs are geared to develop the whole athlete. We also teach our skaters mental preparation, and work with them on short and long-term goal-setting as well as performance visualization.

Our team believes in strengthening mind and body and are committed to providing a positive and supportive team atmosphere in order for our skaters to grow and to achieve success.
